Both options come with a programme built around your goals, your schedule, and your starting point, not a generic template.
Maximum 4 people per session. You get your own personalised programme, but you train alongside others, which brings energy, accountability, and a group that becomes part of your routine.
Just you and me. Full focus on your goals, your form, your progress. Ideal if your schedule is irregular, you're working around an injury, or you simply prefer training on your own.

About me
I'm Michael Geraghty, a qualified personal trainer based in Dublin 12. I've been training people in Dublin since 2011, complete beginners, people coming back after injury, people who want to feel like themselves again.
I keep groups small deliberately. Four people maximum means you always get real coaching, not crowd management. And I build every programme around the person in front of me, not a template I found online.
14 years in, the job is still exactly what it was on day one: help someone build a version of fitness that fits their actual life, not an imaginary one.
