Do I need to be fit to start?
No. Many clients had zero gym experience when they started. I build everything around where you are right now. Beginners are genuinely welcome, not just tolerated.
Can you train around an injury?
Yes. I regularly work with people managing back, knee, hip and shoulder issues. I'll adapt every session to avoid aggravating anything and will work alongside any physiotherapy guidance you have.
How quickly will I see results?
Most people notice a change in energy and fitness within the first few weeks. Visible physical changes typically start showing after 4–6 weeks of consistent training. I'll be honest with you about realistic timelines based on your starting point and goals.
What's the difference between small group and 1-on-1?
Small group sessions have a maximum of 4 people — so you still get real attention, but there's a group dynamic that many clients find motivating. One-on-one is 100% focused on you. Both work well depending on what you prefer. I'll help you figure out which is the better fit.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No contracts. You pay per session. If it's not working for you, you're not locked in. Most clients stay long-term because the sessions are effective and enjoyable — not because they have to.
