How I coach
Small group or one-on-one: both are personal, both get results. The difference is how you like to work.
Training options
Both options are run at Champions Gym, Longmile Road, Dublin 12. Both are designed around where you actually are right now, not where you think you should be.
Maximum 4 people per session. You get real coaching attention, not a class where you're one of thirty. The group dynamic pushes you harder than you'd push yourself alone, and the atmosphere keeps it enjoyable.
Suits beginners and people returning after a break. Sessions are structured around the group's level and goals, with individual adjustments made where needed.
Just you and me. Full session built entirely around your goals, your pace, and your schedule. Good for people with specific targets, injury rehab, or those who simply prefer working without an audience.
Also the right option if you want to build a specific skill — powerlifting, running performance, pre-op or post-op rehab, or sport-specific conditioning.
Included with every programme
Every client gets access to Bodycoach Life, a personal tracking app that works on any phone, no download needed. I push your workouts directly to it, you log your daily food, steps, sleep and water, and I can track your progress between sessions.
It means when you turn up to a session, I already know how your week went and can adjust accordingly.
Getting started
No pressure, no commitment. Just a conversation to figure out if it's the right fit.
Call, WhatsApp, or send a message using the form below. Tell me a bit about where you are and what you're looking to achieve. That's all it takes to get started.
I'll get back to you within 24 hours for a quick, no-obligation conversation. No sales pitch, just an honest chat about your goals and whether I can help.
Show up and I'll handle the rest. I'll assess where you're at, explain the programme, and get you moving in a way that feels manageable from day one.
Good to know
Straightforward policy. No surprises.
How do I pay?
Payment is at the start of each session. Cash or card accepted at the gym.
What's the cancellation policy?
48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less notice will be charged in full. These things happen and I'm reasonable, but the policy exists to protect your slot and my time.
Do I need to be fit to start?
No. Many of my clients had zero gym experience when they started. I build the programme around where you are right now, not where you think you should be. Beginners are welcome and are a big part of what I do.
Can you train around an injury?
Yes. I regularly work with clients who have back, knee, hip and shoulder issues. I'll adapt every exercise to avoid aggravating anything and work alongside your physiotherapist's guidance if needed.
Where are sessions held?
All sessions are at Champions Gym, Longmile Road, Dublin 12. It's a well-equipped, private gym, not a big commercial box. No crowds, no waiting for equipment, no intimidation.
Is nutrition covered?
Yes. I include practical nutrition guidance as part of my coaching. No strict meal plans or banned foods, just an honest approach to calories and habits that actually works long-term.
